The Hot Rock Hostel opened in May 2006 and provides affordable bed and breakfast accommodation for students and backpackers. It is a member hostel of the International Youth Hostel Federation. The rate is US$25 per night, which includes a light breakfast. Long-term and groups rates are available.

The hostel is conveniently located in an area called Salem within walking distance of the Montserrat Volcano Observatory, shops, restaurants, bars, and beaches.

After arriving at the island's airport, the easiest way to travel to the hostel is by taxi or bus. If you give us enough notice, we can arrange to pick you up from the airport free-of-charge.
